exemption from room charges. This exemption does not apply to media fees.
All fees will be charged for NO-SHOWS.
Cancellation Policy: Room reservations MAY NOT BE CANCELLED LESS
THAN SEVEN DAYS before the reservation date, and ALL ROOM AND MEDIA
CHARGES WILL APPLY.
Reservations may be made up until the last minute, instead of the old 24
hour rule.
You receive a breakdown of the fees when the room is confirmed.
