Job Description
Skills Required: Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads. Some experience in cleaning, and minor repairs. Ability to work alone without direct supervision.
Skills Preferred: Dependable, hard-working, self-motivated. Ability to work with drills and sanders. Ability to bend, stoop and/or kneel, to use ladders and to reach to work overhead and to make repetitive motions. Ability to work in areas with paint fumes and/or dust. Possession of valid CA driver's license and good driving record.
Percentage of Time Duty
95% CLEANING: Using custodial chemicals and supplies to clean floors, ceilings,walls, windows, tiles, ovens, cupboards,counter tops, refrigerators, toilets and bath tubs. Strip and wax floors (tile and hardwood), dust,sweep, and mop. Shampoo carpets.
5% Other duties as assigned. Such as painting and repair and maintenance.
