Job Description
Skills Required: Prior experience cleaning facilities and minor maintenance repairs. Ability to work with drills and sanders. Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads with or without assistance. Ability to work alone and in groups, and to work at times with minimal supervision. Must have good driving record.

Skills Preferred: Special Conditions of Employment:

Possession of a valid California Driver's License. Must have the ability to bend, stoop and kneel, to work from stepladders, to work overhead, and to make repetitive motions. Must be able to work in areas with latex paint fumes and/ or dust.
Percentage of Time Duty
100% CLEANING: Using University-approved custodial chemicals and supplies, clean floors, ceilings, walls, windows, tiles, ovens, cupboards, counter tops, refrigerators, toilets and bath tubs. Strip and wax floors (tile and hardwood),and dust,sweep, and mop floors. Shampoo carpets.

Special Comments: This is a full-time summer position. Days are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
