Job Description
Skills Required: Must be available to work shifts detailed: Hours are 8:00am-12:00pm OR 1:00- 5:00PM, Monday-Friday.
Experience handling cash, including reconciliation.
Ability to perform duties under the stress of constant interruptions while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Ability to interact in a professional, friendly and courteous manner with the public, in diverse situations and with persons of various backgrounds and personalities.
Ability to demonstrate diplomacy, impartiality, objectivity and tactfulness and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Ability to maintain composure in the face of resistance, indifference or hostility.
Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
Selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check - fingerprinting required.
Must be willing to wear a University-issued uniform and maintain proper appearance while on duty.
Must possess valid driver's license
Light office duties may include filing, data entry, labeling parking permits
Must be able to lift up to 25 Lbs.
Skills Preferred: Fluent in Spanish

Percentage of Time Duty
50% Provide parking information to visitors and employees, directions to locations on campus, and distribute pre-paid department permits. Sell or issue parking permits at the Kiosk or Sales Office.
50% Filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned. Duties may include deposit preparation and data processing.
