Job Description
Skills Required: Organizational skills sufficient to process a high volume of documents accurately with attention to detail. Mathematical skills to perform calculations correctly. Analytical skills sufficient to resolve reporting discrepancies and research problems. Strong working knowledge of Excel and Filmaker Pro. Knowledge of BANNER is a plus! Accurate data entry skills. Ability to work independently and to follow through on assignments to completion. Good customer service skills.
Skills Preferred: Experience working in an office environment.
Percentage of Time Duty
50% Special projects as assigned. Work on various financial projects using Financial Information Systems such as Banner and InfoView. Work on purchase order liquidations and budget plans.
45% Data entry: Enter a variety of financial information into spreadsheets and databases and spreadsheets.
5% Office support: Filing, photocopying,interoffice mail distribution.
