100% The Chief of Staff will work in the Diversity and Inclusion Office under the supervision of the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion (VPDI). The Chief of Staff will assist in enhancing, improving, and supporting the experiences of historically underrepresented students across campus. The Chief of Staff will provide guidance, advice, and support to the VPDI on matters concerning diversity and inclusion across campus when necessary. This position is anticipated to work between 10-12 hours a week. It is important to note that this is a stipend position that will be paid as a By Agreement (BYA).

50% Programming: Making reservations, calling vendors, drafting a program budget, etc
30% Attending administrative meetings with the VPDI or standing in one for the VPDI
10% Administrative: Filing mail, responding to email inquiries, etc
10% Any other duties assigned by the supervising officer
