Skills Preferred:

90% provide direct assistance to the Assistant Dean of Conduct and Community Standards with Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) adjudication, clearance checks, and coordination of the Decision Making Workshop program, including but not limited to: front desk operations
Scanning, copying and faxing documents to complete clearance checks
Serve as a liaison between the Dean of Students Office, both on and off-campus community partners
Facilitate and coordinate tabling events to raise awareness of student rights & responsibilities in accordance with the Student Policies and Regulations Handbook
Lead the communication & outreach efforts, including making & distributing flyers and other outreach materials
Actively participate in meetings and events that pertain to Conduct and Community Standards
complete and assist with any clerical, administrative or programmatic project, as assigned by the Dean of Students Coordinator or the Assistant Dean of Conduct and Community Standards
10% serve as a front desk receptionist for the office by answering phones, helping walk-in students, parents, staff; giving directions and general assistance
serving as the first point of contact for Slug Support referrals and intake
assist with food pantry operations, when needed
